Our client wished to create more living space and light within the kitchen area of their Grade-II listed property. We achieved extra living space by building out from the existing kitchen with a single storey extension. We helped our client design their new kitchen and utility room to maximise the use of the new space. More light was brought in by using an “orangery” design for the single storey extension. The roof lantern and windows all around the perimeter of the extension allows sunlight to flood into the kitchen.

PPDR Ltd transformed this tired looking three-bedroom property into a spacious five-bedroom home. PPDR Ltd significantly changed the downstairs layout to create large practical reception rooms, kitchen/dining area and master bedroom suite appropriate to modern family living. The property was extended upstairs to create the space for two more large bedrooms and ensuites that didn’t exist before.

Our client wished to create a large, light and modern kitchen/living area in their home as well as a makeover on their hallway, utility room and downstairs WC. The single storey extension built on the back of the house along with the modern kitchen design extended the current kitchen/living area and a feature door/window and Velux windows now brings more light into the newly created area.
